Listed below are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions in the Mail Services department:

  • What time do you receive the daily mail?
    The mail is delivered to Mail Services by 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

  • What time is the mail sorted?
    The mail is sorted immediately after it has been received and the accountable mail has been scanned.

  • How can I get my mailbox # and combination?
    To view your mailbox number and combination:
    1. Login to CatLink
    2. On the "Home" tab, look in the "User Information" channel

  • How will I know if I received a package?
    Student packages arrive throughout the day by several carriers. Once the packages are checked in a paper slip will be put into the students mailbox.

  • Why do  I need to bring the package slip with me to pick up my package?
    Mail Services receives at least 100 packages every day and packages are signed in according to size, student name and are assigned a package number. Bringing the package slip with you will speed things up for you as well as for all of the other students.

  • Why must I bring my student I.D. with me to pick up my package?
    This is for your own protection; we don't want to give your package to the wrong person.

  • What time can I pick up my package?
    Packages can be picked up at the service window from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. The service window is closed during the summer and other student breaks so you'll need to come into Mail Services.
