Fitness Classes

yoga.jpgOur fitness classes are FREE and open to all students, faculty, and staff. No sign-ups required — just show up when you can make it! All instructors are certified from the YMCA.

Class Schedules

  • ZUMBA for Students, Faculty and Staff
    Tuesdays @5:30pm (1 hour) zumba.jpg

    **Begins September 2**
    Ditch the workout; join the party! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that may just make you forget you're working out! Zumba blends upbeat world music rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves, for a calorie-burning, total-body-toning fitness party!  Wear comfortable workout clothes. Athletic or court shoes (cross trainers, etc.) are recommended! You may want to bring water!

  • Flow Yoga for Faculty/Staff
    Wednesdays @ 5:15pm (1 hour)
    Hedrick Admin 322
    **Begins September 3**
    Build strength, flexibility, balance, mental focus, and reduce stress! Flow Yoga is a style that links each movement to the breath, for additional cardio benefits. Pose variations provided for all levels; no experience necessary! Wear comfortable clothing. Students may also attend. A limited number of yoga mats are available for use (bring your own if you have one).
