Patrick BehringerPatrick Behringer has performed solo works by Beethoven, Bloch, and Gershwin with large ensembles, as well as excerpts from Saint-Saëns' Carnival of the Animals with the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra. He has performed recitals on Mt. Mary College's Young Artist Series and annually at the Steinway Gallery of Milwaukee. As a chamber musician, he performed Sravinsky's trio, L'Histoir du Soldat, at the Tenri Cultural Center of New York.
Mr. Behringer manages a private piano studio in Fort Worth, TX, and is a regular lecture-recitalist in public schools as a part of the Fort Worth Contemporary Music Fund’s education program, “The Legacy of the Americas.” He has taught piano at Syracuse University, Interlochen Arts Camp, and Wisconsin Conservatory through teaching assistantships and internships.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Master of Music in piano performance from Syracuse University, where he earned the Future Professoriate Program'sCertificate in Undergraduate Teaching, graduating with high honors from both universities.
