Scuba Dive in Bonaire. Learn scuba and marine science, get scuba certified, and dive in the Caribbean!

Students will have an opportunity to travel to Bonaire in the fall of 2014 with Dr. Connie Lowery, professor and chair of Biology, at the college.

 

CHEM/BIO 2110: Marine Science: 
Start planning now and earn four(4) laboratory credits in Natural Science/Scientific Perspective or chemistry/biology elective credit. The class is limited to 16 students. The dive trip to Bonaire will take place after finals in the fall semester (December 13-20, 2014). International travel scholarships will be available pending funding and student eligibility.


Included:
 
ALL instructional costs, Winter-term tuition, course gear package, five certification dives, camping, and food at Lake Rawlings, VA, lifetime Open Water Diver certification, airfare to Bonaire, 7 night accommodations in a 2BR/2B bungalow in Bonaire, breakfast buffet, scuba gear in Bonaire, travel and dive insurance, marine park tags, exit tax, unlimited shore diving, free Nitrox, 4WD truck rental, 12 boat dives, and tips.


You provide:

Lunch, dinner, spending money, and PMA. 


Optional:

Unlimited night-diving!
