Withdrawals and Refunds (Evening Undergraduate Program)

Students who withdraw from a block before the first class meets are eligible for a full refund. A 75% refund will be given if a student withdraws before the second class of the block. No refund will be given after the second class meeting. Please note the refund policy for online courses is different from that for regular blocks. Online class withdrawals are not eligible for a full refund. Please pay careful attention to the deadlines. We cannot make refunds after the dates indicated.

Please note that policies governing financial aid may need to be considered in addition to the refund policies just stated. Students contemplating withdrawal from a class should contact the financial aid office to determine what effect, if any, withdrawing will produce. Many types of financial aid require full-time status in order to qualify.

Students should discuss proposed withdrawals with an academic advisor.

Other Expenses

Books average $100-$130 per class. Used books, which are more economical, are available whenever possible. There is an opportunity at the end of the semester to sell your books back to the bookstore.
