To view the list of Catawba's Summer courses, follow the steps below:
- Visit the list of Course Offerings
- Select "SUMMER 2020" from the Term dropdown (if not listed, please check back often) and click "Submit"
- Select desired search criteria and click "Class Search"
- Click on course titles to view detailed course information
College Consortium Pre-Approved Transfer Courses
Catawba College students can access a list of pre-approved transfer courses through a program called College Consortium. These transfer courses have been pre-approved by Catawba College to match Catawba courses. Students must visit the Consortium website, sign up for an account using their Catawba College student email, verify their Catawba College email, and register for pre-approved courses.
Many of these courses can transfer the grade back to Catawba instead of just the credits, and the courses will count in determining summer financial aid. Transferring a grade back is important if you are trying to improve a GPA, and having the course count in determining financial aid may increase your eligibility for aid.
If you cannot see a pre-approved course on the College Consortium website that fits your need, please email what course you are looking for to jjbowe@catawba.edu. Include your name and the comparable Catawba course that you are trying to match. There are over 3000 summer courses available and we can work to get one approved for you.
Please note that all registrations are still dependent on Catawba College approval on a student-by-student basis. Tuition is the same as for summer courses at Catawba College. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar's Office.
