Cost of Attendance (Tuition & Fees)
Your Investment in the Future
The cost of a college education is an investment in the future of an individual. Very few investment opportunities offer the potential return offered by a college education. Catawba College is committed to making our high quality education as affordable as possible to qualified students. Every student's application for financial need is carefully evaluated based on Federal guidelines and the college's goal of providing educational opportunity to qualified students.
This year Catawba will provide over six million dollars in direct aid to students. As a result of this commitment, the actual, out-of-pocket cost of attendance at Catawba College can surprisingly be much less than other comparably priced, and even lower priced, institutions.
The average financial aid package at Catawba for 2009-2010 was $24,635, with average institutional gift aid being $9,350. This commitment to providing an affordable education has earned the college recognition in recent issues of The Princeton Review's Best 373 Colleges and U.S. World and News Report's Best Colleges 2011.
Before you decide that you cannot afford a Catawba education, talk with our helpful financial aid counselors to determine what your cost of attendance will be here versus other institutions you might be considering.
