Our fitness classes are FREE and open to all students, faculty, and staff. No sign-ups required — just show up when you can make it! All instructors are certified from the YMCA.

Emphasis on strengthening and stretching, stress relief, with breath work for focus and relaxation. All levels; beginners welcome. Students may also attend. A limited number of yoga mats are available for use (bring your own if you have one).
- Flow Yoga
Wellness Center Fitness Studio (Aerobics Room)
Flow yoga links movement and breath at a quicker pace for cardiovascular benefit; emphasis is on building strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. No experience necessary, pose options offered for all levels. Mats are available, or bring your own.
