We invite you to join us on Cheerwine Day for a fun-filled day of getting to know Catawba. Area high school students are invited to get a "Taste" of Catawba College and to really "drink in" Catawba's culture.

Participants will have the opportunity to connect to our wonderful faculty and feel what it is like to experience a college class, as well as see, hear, touch, smell, and even taste unique aspects of Catawba College as they participate in the day's events:

• 8:30-9:15am — Registration and Meet the Coaches
  (Peeler Crystal Lounge, Robertson College Community Center)
  For students who have an athletic interest in Division II sports, our coaching staff will be available during this time to meet with you. Faculty from the Department of Physical Education and Recreation will be available, too.
  
  

• 8:45am-9:15am — Musical Entertainment
  (Omwake-Dearborn Chapel)
  When you have finished your continental breakfast & mingled with the coaches and faculty,
  join Catawba's Popular Music degree students by listening to their original songs.     
       

• 9:15-9:30am — Welcome and Greetings from Brien Lewis, President
  (Omwake-Dearborn Chapel)
  
  

• 9:45-11:15am — Your Choice
  Students and Family may choose to attend two of the following:

  • Campus Tour
  • Admissions/Financial Aid Session

• 1:30am-12:30pm — Student/Parent Sessions
  
  "Taste of Catawba” — for Students
  (Various Classrooms on Campus)
  
  "Experience the Difference: Catawba's First Year Experience” — for Parents

• 12:30-1:30pm — Lunch with the Admissions Team and Faculty in our newly renovated cafeteria
  (Saleeby Dining Hall, Cannon Student Center)
  
  
  
• 1:30pm — Optional Tours:
  • Theatre Tour                  (Departs from Stanback Plaza)
    
  • Residence Hall Tour        (Departs from Leonard Lounge)
    
  • Athletic Facilities Tour     (Departs from Abernethy Quad)

Also, the Catawba Bookstore will be open 10am-2pm and 4pm-7pm and will have a stand at the stadium during the game, so feel free to drop by to gear up and "Get Your Blue On!"
