Seven students and one faculty member from Catawba College spent one fall semester studying abroad in England.

The Catawba students included Rebecca Chinnis of Charlotte; Kevin Flebbe of Vineland, N.J., Katie Hill of Fayetteville; Amber Hughes of Seattle, Wash.; Amanda Lederer of Bradenton, Fla.; Vanessa Malanga of Rutherfordton; and Kali McCullough of Columbia, Tenn. Dr. Janice Fuller, Catawba's writer-in-residence and professor of English.

Several of the Catawba students agreed to share their experiences through blogs posted here on Catawba's website. These students include Kali McCullough, a French major with a double minor in Spanish and English, and Vanessa Malanga, a musical theatre major who intends to minor in English.
