STUDENT BLOGS: Theatre in London: Sites, Sounds, and Situations

a layover in washington, d.c.

by Sean Henderson

During our five-hour layover in Washington D.C., we decided to go to the Air and Space Museum. We were also privileged enough to experience the world's most expensive McDonald's; without a dollar menu, it is the worst McDonald's to go to! Amateur culinary critic, Sean Henderson, gives it a big NO.

ColdThe museum, however, did house many exciting and beneficial exhibits to be viewed. One of the planes in the museum was the same one used in Transformers 2, and they even had some of the scale models of the spaceships used in Star Wars. This museum served as a nice segue between the leisurely vacation we had, and the massive amounts of sightseeing and museum-hopping we were about to do. All in all, the museum was a good experience.
