STUDENT BLOGS: Theatre in London: Sites, Sounds, and Situations

ramble on

by Brooke Beall

Today I slept. A lot. It was amazing to catch up on my sleep. I loved it. Carrie and I woke up around 10:30 a.m., but didn’t actually get out of bed until a lot later. Then we went to sushi after getting ready in thirty minutes — my personal best. We ate so much sushi, but it was amazing. Other than that, I didn’t do anything.

I was supposed to go see a movie with Marie Alice and we were going to go see Nowhere Boy (a John Lennon film,) but the Internet lied to us repeatedly because it didn’t want us to see a movie in London. So after wandering around Leicester Square for thirty minutes, we gave up and came back to the hostel. I then fell asleep soon after Marie Alice left to see a show. When everyone got back I woke up again but all-in-all, it was a very restful day.
