REMEMBER to complete the Activity Form and have your dates set and facilities reserved before submitting budget requests.

Before your event, you should submit the following forms: After your event, you should submit the following forms:

  1. Open the Excel Request Form (XLS)

  2. You will be prompted to Open or Save the file


  3. Click SAVE and locate the desired drive locally where you'd like to save the file and work on it. (Ex. A:/ drive for floppy disk, or C:/   for local harddrive)


  4. Once saved locally, open the file and complete the necessary fields in the budget request form.

  5. When finished customizing, SAVE YOUR FILE. Close the document.

  6. Open your e-mail client (Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, Pegasus) and attach your saved file in a new e-mail to ALSO PRINT OUT A HARDCOPY OF THE REQUEST AND MAIL TO DAVID STEVENSON, BOX #483). For questions, contact David Stevenson, SGA treasurer at ext. 4310 (SGA Office).   

  7. You will receive an e-mail from Finn Furstenwerth with your Excel document attached once the request is reviewed. The document will show revisions, approvals and denials for the budget request.
