Truancy, wild parties, disrespect to elders, violence, jazz, zombies, and worst of all marijuana.  A raucous musical sendup of the 1936 film of that helped start a moral panic, Reefer Madness shows what happens when clean-cut wholesome kids fall prey to the evils of marijuana, sending them on a crash course to rock bottom.

Originally a melodramatic morality film, Reefer Madness became an unintentional satire in the 70’s. The musical is an intentional satire poking playful fun at the very real problem of jumping to conclusions based on fear and distorted information.

Reefer Madness is sure to take you on a trip and leave you with a fatal case of the giggles. Come on, dance with Mary Jane. Just a little toke. It’ll make you feel good - the way a raucous, campy, satirical sendup should.
