danbross14.jpgFor the fourth time, Dan Bross '71, a Catawba College  alumnus and trustee, is included in the Trust Across America – Trust Around the  World's (TAA-TAW) listing of the Top Thought Leaders in Trustworthy  Business. Bross, of Bellevue, Wash., serves as Senior Director Corporate  Citizenship at Microsoft, Inc.

Bross was included in the 2010 inaugural list of the Top  Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business and has been included every year since  then. This honor comes after months of work and review of hundreds of  applications by a team of independent judges. The award is administered by  Trust Across America - Trust Around the World (TAA-TAW).

According to Barbara Kimmel, Executive Director of TAA-TAW,  "The release of this fourth annual list coincides with the first  anniversary of Trust Across America's Campaign for Trust™, a  collaborative initiative to reverse the cycle of mistrust."

The 100 recipients making this year's list hail from around  the globe and once again include leaders from the public and private sectors as  well as authors, consultants, researchers and academics. Each honoree has made  an extensive and positive contribution to building trust in organizations and  can collectively transform the way organizations do business.TrustTop100.png

In his role at Microsoft (www.microsoft.com), Bross  leads a team with Citizenship responsibilities focused on human rights; supply  chain management; environmental sustainability; and corporate governance.  He also manages Microsoft's relationship with the World Economic Forum.
