To register for the Freshman Retreat, please do the following:

1. Make sure you are accepted for admission to Catawba and deposit paid — this is
   a requirement to attend.
2. Fill out and submit the form below.
3. Mail a deposit check for $50.00* (payable to Catawba College) to:

   Freshman Retreat
   Catawba College
   2300 West Innes Street
   Salisbury, NC 28144-2488

*NOTE: When your deposit is received, your space will be held for the retreat. The check will be REFUNDED when you sign-in to participate in the retreat. If you register and then find you are unable to participate, you must notify the Lilly Center 10 DAYS PRIOR to the retreat in order to receive a refund.

YOU MUST BE ACCEPTED FOR ADMISSION AND DEPOSIT PAID to be eligible to attend the retreat. More information about the retreat will be e-mailed to you using the address you enter below.
