connecting to the catawba network
All new and returning residential students with a new computer must perform the CatNet Connect process to clean their computer of viruses and spyware and to install software that protects the computer from malware. Instructions are online at https://catnetconnect.catawba.edu. Log in using your Catawba username and password. Click on "CatNet Connect Instructions."
All returning residential students with a computer that has been through the CatNet Connect process in a prior term must update their CatNet Connect software or their computer will not work with the Catawba network. This update takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Instructions are online at https://catnetconnect.catawba.edu. Log in using your Catawba username and password. Click on "Aegis – Sygate Update Instructions."
