Listed below are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions in the Mail Services department:
What time do you receive the daily mail?
Mail is usually delivered by 1:00pm by the USPS.
What time is the mail sorted and in student boxes ?
The mail is sorted immediately and put in student boxes. (please allow for at least an hour turn-around for mail to be sorted and placed in your box)
How can I get my mailbox # and combination?
To view your mailbox number and combination:
- Login to CatLink
- On the "Home" tab, look in the "User Information" channel
How will I know if I received a package?
Packages arrived throughout the day by several different carriers. Once the packages are checked in and scanned – you will receive a "Do Not Reply" e-mail from Info@Qtrak.net. Sometimes these will go to your Clutter folder.
Why must I bring my student I.D. with me to pick up my package?
This is for your own protection; we don't want to give your package to the wrong person.
What time can I pick up my package?
Packages may be picked up during regular business hours of 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
