Until further notice, the Health Center will operate on an appointment based schedule. Students needing to utilize the Health Center during normal hours of operation Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm should call the Health Center before coming over and knock on the main front door for service.

The Proctor Student Health Center is located in the Cannon Student Center and may be contacted at (704) 637-4404.
REGISTERED NURSES' HOURS:
- MONDAY-FRIDAY: 8:00am–4:00pm
Existing standing orders will also be in place for the nurses to treat your illness.
- MONDAY: 11:00am–12:00 noon
- WEDNESDAY: 11:00am–12:00 noon*
- FRIDAY: 11:00am–12:00 noon
Due to limited space and COVID-19 restrictions, Physician services are by appointment only. Please call the Health Center by 9:30am on the day you would like to see a Provider to schedule an appointment.
*Allergy injections and other required physician supervised services on campus will be administered during Wednesday clinic hours only.

Students must have their college ID, insurance card with copay, and current medications when going for an office visit.
- MONDAY-FRIDAY (May 1-October 31): 8am-9am and 5pm-6pm
- MONDAY-FRIDAY (November 1–April 30): 8am-9am and 5pm-7pm
- SATURDAY: 9am-11:30am
- SUNDAY: 10am-12pm

All students may receive assistance in the Health Center. If you see a physician, you will not be charged a copay but your insurance will be filed by Salisbury Pediatric Associates. A minimal fee will be charged to your student account for all tests that are performed in the Health Center.
Prior to first registration at Catawba College, all students are required to submit the following to Health Services:
- completed Health Form
- current immunization record
- copy of the front and back of your insurance card.
evidence of a negative COVID test taken no more than five (5) calendar days prior to arrival.
Catawba College does not accept OUT OF STATE MEDICAID. Students that submit Out of State Medicaid will be charged for school’s Health Insurance.
