Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes are FREE and open to all students, faculty, and staff. No sign-ups required — just show up when you can make it! All instructors are certified from the YMCA.

ZUMBA for Students, Faculty and Staff

 Let the music move you!  Zumba® is a total workout combining all elements of fitness--cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, with a boost of energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  No wonder it's called "exercise in disguise!" And is it calorie-burning? That would be a "YES!" 
Dress ready to sweat. Athletic or court shoes (cross trainers, etc.) are STRONGLY recommended, as is bringing water!  WATCH VIDEO

 


Yoga for Students, Faculty and Staff

Wednesdays @ 5:30pm (1 hour)
Hedrick Admin. Building Room 322

De-stress and recharge while building strength, flexibility, balance, mental clarity and focus. No experience necessary , and pose variations are provided for all levels.   Wear comfortable clothing. Mats are available, or bring your own.
