General Admission and Reserved Seating
Shows in Keppel Auditorium and Hedrick Theatre are reserved seating; each ticket is assigned a specific seat identified by a row letter and seat number printed on the ticket that matches the row letters on the arm of the aisle seat and the seat number on the front center of each seat.
Shows in the Florence Busby Corriher Theatre are general admission; seats are not pre-assigned but are available on a first come, first served basis. Patron Members are eligible for priority access when the theatre opens.
In the event of a sold-out performance, we will start a wait list at the Lobby Box Office as early as 1 hour prior to show time. You must be at the Lobby Box Office in person to be added to the waiting list.
Catawba Theatre understands that life gets in the way and we strive to be flexible with our ticketing policies – we want to ensure your peace of mind when purchasing tickets. While tickets are final sale and may not be returned, we do offer ticket exchanges for both subscribers and single ticket purchasers.
Single tickets may only be exchanged into the same production and are based on availability. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance has passed as we are then unable to re-sell the seat to another guest. Single tickets may be exchanged at any time up to 5pm the day before the performance.
Subscribers and Patrons may exchange or return their FlexTIX at any time up to 5pm the day of performance.
Catawba Theatre offers wheelchair access to all of our shows and events. Our ushers will assist with directions and any needed accommodation. Wheelchair seating tickets are available upon request by calling the box office and are subject to availability.
