How to Audition for a Scholarship or one of our BFA Tracks

Students wishing to be part of our BA in Theatre Arts do not need to audition for the program.* However, if you would like to:

  • Be considered for a Theatre Arts Scholarship

  • Be considered for pre-approval for one of our BFA tracks

Please take the following steps:

  1. Apply to Catawba

  2. Use Acceptd to submit pre-screening digital portfolios/audition materials.

  3. Register via Acceptd to attend one of our Masterclass Saturdays
    (November 17, 2018 and February 16, 2019)

What Happens Next?

  • Theatre Arts Faculty review your digital pre-screening materials

  • We will contact you via Acceptd to confirm your preferred Masterclass Saturday date

  • We will send you details about arrangements for your visit

  • You will participate in one of our Masterclass Saturdays led by Catawba Theatre Arts faculty

  • We will notify you (typically within two weeks) of your recommended scholarship amount and/or degree track.

FAQ, Answered

  • Program-specific guidelines for digital submission requirements are on our Acceptd web page.
