NOTE: a notarized English translation is required when official records in another language
      • Official standardized test scores on either the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT - CEEB code #5103) or the American College Testing Program (ACT - CEEB code #3080)

        OR BY SUBMITTING THE FOLLOWING:

NOTE: For applicants seeking admissions without official standardized test scores on either the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT - CEEB code #5103) or the American College Testing Program (ACT - CEEB code #3080), you will be required to submit all scores after admission and prior to the start of your first semester.
