1973 Catawba Football Coaching Staff

A much needed project has now started with a very generous gift from Bill Griffin ‘71 and David Taylor ‘73. Both played football/track & field, both played in the NFL,  both are in the Catawba Sports Hall of Fame, both are good guys for Catawba College and Catawba Athletics, and both saw a need and helped to make that happen.

Thanks also to Catawba Head Cross Country/Track & Field Coach Jason Bryan for also helping to make this happen and to add a much needed facility on campus for the Catawba Track & Field teams.

Catawba will be adding a throwing cage on campus. This will make a big difference, as our throw Track & Field student-athletes will now be able to practice on campus.

Thanks Bill Griffin ‘71 and David Taylor ’73 for helping make this happen.

   

New windscreens have gone up at the Johnson Tennis Center. In addition, power washing the sidewalks made a big difference!
