1995 -  First win for Catawba Men’s Lacrosse:

Watch a Short Video with the current Catawba Men’s Lacrosse team after the game celebrating with the former players in front of their Championship Banners,  after their 13-12 win against Queens who was 6-0 in the SAC and 11-1 overall. They are now 6-1 and 11-2.

Men’s Lacrosse Senior Day

Former Catawba Men’s Lacrosse players were recognized duing halftime. 73 former players came back for the special celebration/reunion for 25 years of Men’s Lacrosse at Catawba College. Including their families, we had over 130 come back to campus for this very special event.

The current Catawba Men’s Lacrosse team celebrated their win on Saturday with the former Catawba Lacrosse players. This was a very special moment and is definitely what our team reunions/celebrations are all about.

Athletic Projects & Updates

This is what it is all about - getting to know people away from the soccer field and making friendships that will last a lifetime.

The Catawba College Chiefs Club was in full swing Wednesday evening by treating the Catawba Women’s Soccer team to dinner at Santos Italian Grill. The gathering was made possible by the annual tradition of the board members adopting a Catawba Athletics team – our Chiefs Club and its membership includes endeavors such as the Adopt-A-Team tradition. These student-athletes carry an extraordinary team GPA and qualified for the NCAA Division II playoffs last season. Bill Hall, Bob Setzer and Tommy Readling had the privilege of hosting the event. Hopefully, we will gain close to 30 Chiefs Club members in 10 years’ time! A huge thank you also goes out to the Catawba Women’s Soccer staff for helping get all players organized and to the event.

The safety mats have been replaced on the baseball field’s outfield fence.
