***If you had reserved season tickets last year, but have not purchased those tickets/seats for the 2021 Catawba Football season, you will need to call Pam Barber at 704-637-4474 or pebarber13@catawba.edu by Thursday, August 26th. If you would like to have those same seats/tickets for 2021, please call as soon as possible, so we will have an accurate record of seat availability for others purchasing Catawba Football reserved season tickets.***
Chiefs Club packets will be mailed out on Tuesday August 24th, 2021.
Our Chiefs Club packet pick-up was a success. We had around 40 packets picked up and several others delivered.

Since graduating from Catawba College, Olsen moved to Little Rock, Arkansas and has been working as a licensed Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch. Thanks to former Catawba Head Football and Golf Coach David Bennett for helping to support OUR Catawba Chiefs Club this year. Coach Bennett coached the Catawba Golf team from 1992-1996 and won a SAC tournament championship. Coach Bennett was the head Catawba Football coach from 1995-2001. He coached 80 football games with a record of 63-17 including a record of 33-5, his last three seasons at Catawba. He was inducted in the Catawba Sports Hall of Fame in 2010: Read More. He will also be coming back on October 9th for the 2000 and 2001 Catawba Football championship team reunions.

We are very fortunate to have the improvements to Shuford Stadium, Kirkland Field, and Alcorn Family Turf. Below is a photo from early morning 6am football practice this week under the lights and on Alcorn Turf, even with the 3-4 inches of rain we have had the past few days with more on the way.
Below and before the new turf was installed, Kirkland Field would be quite different following rainfall.

2021 PRE-GAME FOOTBALL HOSPITALITY
Chiefs Club members with pre-game hospitality benefits are invited to join us for a meal and pre-game chat with Coach Curtis Walker before all home Catawba College Football games with the exception of Homecoming on Saturday October 30th, 2021. All pre-game hospitality meals will be held in the Kirkland Lobby of the Abernethy Physical Education Center.
- 1:00pm game time – Pregame Hospitality from 11:30am – 12:30pm
- 7:00pm game time – Pregame Hospitality from 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Q: Who can attend Pre-game Hospitality?
A: Chiefs Club members at the “Chief” level and above. Attendees must be a Chiefs Club member or a guest of a Chiefs Club member. Sorry, this is not open to the public.
Q: How much does a Pre-game Hospitality meal cost?
A: The pre-game hospitality meal is complimentary for 2 people per membership.
Beyond that, the cost is $10 per person, paid at the registration table as you enter the luncheon.
