Updates from the Chiefs Club: October 19, 2020

Our 2nd Catawba Day of Giving was a tremendous success. Last year, Catawba Athletics raised $49,500 with 180 gifts.  A very special thank you to Bill ’66 and Rosemary Hall for making the challenge gift of $1000 to the team with the most number of gifts and $1000 to the team that raised the most money.

Congratulations to the Catawba Women’s Soccer team with 170 gifts and the Catawba Men’s Lacrosse team with $14,600 raised.

Thanks to Lewis Moore for making a 2nd gift on the Day of Giving in honor of the 1968 Seniors on the Catawba Football team.

There was another very good article in The Salisbury Post on former Catawba Football player and past member of our Chiefs Club Board Joe Crapster ’87. Read More
