Library Services for Alumni

Welcome to Corriher-Linn-Black Library! During the academic school year, we are open to alumni and the public Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and offer limited services for all visitors.

What alumni services are available?

Alumni may register as a Community Borrower for limited library privileges. As a Community Borrower, alumni are allowed up to six books from our Circulating Collection, five books from our Popular Reading Collection, Wi-Fi privileges, in-house use of headphones, and use of library space, as available.

Register to Become a Community Borrower

Simply bring a valid photo I.D. (driver’s license, passport, or government issued I.D. card) that lists your current address to the Help Desk (located to your right as you enter the library) and inform the staff member you are an alumni, and would like to sign up as a Community Borrower. If your photo I.D. does not have your current address, we ask that you bring an official document (utility bill, lease, bank statement, etc.) with proof of your current address. You will then be asked to fill out a registration card or form with your information (including your email address and phone number). Once your information has been entered into our system, you will be given a library card. You can then use this card to check out books or headphones.
