Aaron Daniel "AD" Annas is a passionate storyteller and award-winning filmmaker. Professor Annas is dedicated to educating students in methodologies that empower them to not only succeed in the corporate industry but also take advantage of today’s technology, creating opportunities for independent filmmakers, media specialists, and storytellers.

Professor Annas' work has been distributed, screened, and broadcast internationally on networks such as National Geographic and the History Channel, as well as streaming platforms like Amazon Prime, Vudu, Google Play, iTunes, and Apple TV. His 2020 feature documentary, There’s No Such Thing as Ghosts?, was picked up for international distribution after receiving multiple awards, including Best Director and Best Feature Documentary, at film festivals across the country. Currently, Professor Annas is in post-production on his latest feature documentary, which explores society's beliefs in extraterrestrial life.

As a documentary filmmaker, Professor Annas strives to present his subjects' truths with minimal spin or bias.

Professor Annas lives in Troutman, NC with his wife, Jenny, daughter, Magnolia, and fat little pug, Norm.
