Consistent with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, it is the policy of Catawba College that no qualified individual with a disability shall be excluded from, denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in any Catawba College program, service or activity. The Office Academic AccessAbility (OAA) is the designated College office to determine and coordinate accommodations.
