DeAngelo is the IT Help Desk Manager, managing both Windows and maOS systems across employee and lab environments. He handles everything from initial setup and deployment to applicaiton and configuration management, ensuring devices are secure, reliable and tailored to user and organizational needs. He uses Microsoft Intune to manage Windows machines and Kandji to manage our Mac fleet, supporting a hybrid device environment with modern tools and automation where possible.
Whether it's deploying new systems, troubleshooting issues, or fine-tuning configurations, he aims to keep technology running smoothly so other can focus on their work. DeAngelo also manages the IT student workers/interns acknowledging their interests and providing work with different teams of the department to enhance their skills.
