She is passionate about supporting individuals in navigating their world and everyday challenges. Emilia's experience includes working with young adults, college-aged individuals, and adults in university and community college settings. She provides a safe, non-judgmental, and constructive space for individuals to explore and grow.

She takes an experiential approach to therapy to empower students in their journey to wellness. By utilizing evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, her sessions are tailored to individuals' specific needs and goals. Emilia is excited to meet students where they are and support them in enhancing their coping skills, navigating obstacles, and finding their true, authentic selves.

When not providing mental health counseling, Emilia enjoys exploring waterfalls and trails, spending time with her partner and dog, and reading a new book.
