The Duke Energy Power Partner Award recognizes Catawba College's sustainability excellence of achieving their goal of carbon neutrality and the college's continued partnership with Duke Energy.

Duke Energy will present Catawba College with the 2023 Power Partner award for sustainability excellence on March 14th. The Power Partner award is the highest honor that Duke Energy presents to its current customers and it is an honor to recognize Catawba College's sustainability excellence in becoming the first college in the state and the southeast to achieve carbon neutrality.
