First-Gen Celebration 2022

As part of the College’s recognition as a First-Gen Forward Institution by NASPA, the Catawba College campus community gathered for a First-Generation College Scholar Celebration to celebrate Catawba's first-generation college students, faculty, and staff on Monday, November 8th.

With support from the Tri-Alpha Honor Society for first-generation college students, custom pins and wall clings for First-Generation Scholars (students), graduates (our faculty & staff), and supporters (our allies among our faculty & staff) were distributed.
