Horizons Unlimited Kids Sport Science Day Camp
On June 6, the Horizon Kids Sport Science Day Camp at Horizons Unlimited came to the Catawba College campus for a field trip to explore the worlds of athletic performance, nutrition, and more.
Horizons Unlimited staff and Catawba alumni Summer Howerton and Spring Roseman brought nine campers to Catawba for the day, and Dr. Jim Hand, Brandon Auton, and Sarah Sweatt of Catawba’s School of Health Sciences and Human Performance facilitated the activities for the kids on campus. Catawba alumna Kelly Crews is also a staff member with Horizons Unlimited.
