- Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
- Friday: Some offices will be closed on the following Fridays:

Offices with Limited Summer Hours
Please note that some offices have limited hours during the summer break.
- Health Center: CLOSED
- Registrar: REMOTE - working offsite due to renovations.
- Teacher Education: CLOSED
- Financial Aid: REMOTE - working offsite due to renovations.
- Marketing & Communications: REMOTE beginning May 6th- working offsite due to HVAC renovations in the Library.
- Library: REMOTE beginning May 6th - All floors of the main part of the library, including the Alcorn Digital Learning Lab, will be closed and all library staff will be working remotely or elsewhere on campus due to HVAC renovations. Items for return may be placed in the book drop.
- Mailroom: Open Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm; Friday 9am-1pm; Mail/Package delivery Monday-Thursday.
Summer Holiday Closures
Catawba College will be closed for the following holidays:
- May 27, 2024 (Memorial Day)
- June 19, 2024 (Juneteenth)
- July 3-5, 2024 (Independence Day)
