Luke is an IT Support Specialist who started in March of 2025. Since then, he has supported staff, faculty, and students with hardware problems, account support and making sure things run smoothly. He worked as an AV Tech as a student at Appalachian State so he is well versed with troubleshooting classroom and meeting technologies.
