Catawba College Featured in The Princeton Review's Best 390 Colleges for 2025

Catawba College is one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduates according to The Princeton Review.

The Best 390 Colleges: 2025 Edition only features about 15% of America’s four-year colleges. The Princeton Review selected the colleges based on various student-centered metrics, including cost, value, academics, and quality of life.

"We salute Catawba College for its outstanding academics and many other impressive offerings. We recommend it as an ideal choice for students searching for their ‘best-fit’ college,” said Rob Franek, The Princeton Review's Editor-in-Chief and lead author of The Best 390 Colleges.

Catawba is ranked among the best colleges in the South in the Princeton Review’s Best Colleges: Region by Region.

It is also included on their Green Colleges list.

In a "Survey Says" sidebar in the book's profile on Catawba, The Princeton Review lists topics that Catawba students agreed about in their survey answers. The list includes: “students are happy," and "lab facilities are great.”
