
With over three decades of experience in the music industry, Jeff Little is recognized worldwide for his groundbreaking piano style and his ability to bridge Appalachian roots music with contemporary energy and innovation. A critically acclaimed musician, artist manager, educator, and administrator, Little’s performances have graced stages at the Smithsonian Institution, American Folk Festival, American Piano Masters, and in the PBS concert “Doc Watson and Jeff Little.” He has also appeared internationally for the US Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, performing in countries including Sri Lanka, Oman, France, and Tanzania. In addition, Little has worked in many management and production areas of the music industry, including day-to-day and tour management for national artists such as Keith Urban and John Michael Montgomery. In 2014, Little was inducted into the Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame.
As an educator and performer, Little continues to shape the future of American roots music while inspiring students at Catawba College to explore creativity and career pathways in the music industry.
