This Saturday, before and during the football game between Catawba and Mars Hill, the Catawba College Bookstore will donate 20 percent of all the proceeds from its sales to hurricane relief efforts. These proceeds will aid in sending a group of Catawba College students, faculty and staff on a relief trip to Pascagoula, Mississippi over fall break – Oct. 21 through 25. Salisbury has adopted Pascagoula as its city to aid with recovery efforts and Catawba’s team will assist with that effort. So stop by the bookstore this Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., or buy some bookstore merchandise at the stadium during the game and assist with this worthy cause!
