For our family, twenty six years ago, there wasn't supposed to be hope. Our son, John Paul, was born with a rare condition called HypoPlastic Left Heart. Simply put, John Paul only had half a heart. John Paul might have had only half a heart, but his was a heart of unbounded courage and strength. He lived life to the fullest. He inspired people with his story. Not only did he inspire his community he reached those near and far through his book, Heart of a Lion: A Story of God’s Grace and a Family’s Hope. As you know he appeared on The Today Show and also Fox and Friends, EWTN and the PGA of America aired a segment about John Paul nationally.
Our family has been working on our juice company for a few years. During this process my son, John Paul, was fully involved. He truly believed in the exotic flavors and he told me the juice was going to be a big hit. We finally got our first shipment in the warehouse. A week later, on August 20, 2017 John Paul went in for a heart transplant. Unfortunately, on September 10, 2017 John Paul passed away from complications.
After the passing of John Paul we decided to “give back” through our juice in honor of our son.
In honor of John Paul and through Giving we give back to the John Paul George Heart of a Lion Foundation 501(c)(3).
Through John Paul God revealed how our weakness can become our greatest strength. Although John Paul is no longer with us on earth his legacy lives on through his foundation. John Paul's Heart of a Lion Foundation 501(c)(3) will help those who have traveled a similar path as we have. Helping families with children in the hospital and those in need.
“I can’t change who I am, but I can change the world as I am.”
- John Paul George
Below is a video of John Paul. I included a picture of Londyn (and a message from her mom) that shares how John Paul's legacy is paying forward his #lovewithoutlimits.
Giving has partnered with Little Smiles of Florida. Also, we have donated over 27 pallets to Living Hungry which helps those in need from at risk youth, young mothers and the elderly. Plus 10 pallets to the Boys and Girls Club.
Giving touches the hearts of kids and families with every sip. With every sip of Giving we put smiles on the faces of kids and families and give to those in need. We believe if we lead with our hearts others will follow.

Message from Londyn's Mom...
"Good evening, how are you?
My name is Estrella and I am the one with the little baby that you have blessed with a case of juice. I just can’t thank you enough for your generosity and love.
Londyn has been hospitalized 3 times this past month and a half. It has been very hard and heartbreaking. This past week was really rough and she stopped eating and drinking.
On Friday, one of the nurses gave us the Raspberry apple juice box. Londyn looked at it for a while and decided to give it a try. We tried every kind of juice possible and water of course before that and she wanted no part. Once she drank a sip of your juice, she just kept drinking until it was gone. I was so happy that I couldn’t stop crying. This was on Friday night. So on Saturday I tried giving her water and the other juice boxes that I had in our room and she shook her head no.
So a nurse brought us another box and said that she didn’t think that they had more. Londyn looked at the box again and wanted to drink. She drank it all and actually ate some breakfast. I was sooooo happy!! I called the “ Giving juice “ our magic and blessing juice. I right away made a post on a FB mommy group to see if anyone could help me find your juice at Publix because I knew in my heart, that your juice was going to help Londyn get some energy and hopefully help us go home. The rule from the doctor was 'if she can eat and drink on her own with no IV’s, she can go home.' Another nurse found another box, once Londyn drank half, the doctor thought that Londyn would do good at home. So I made sure to save the other half for our ride home.
Thank you so very much for everything that you do for the hospitals, the community in honor of your beautiful little boy. You will always be in my heart and prayers. You are truly our angel. We love you!! "
