Catawba College's football team has moved on to the second round of the NCAA Division II Playoffs in the Southeast region after a Nov. 17th 66-35 victory over Albany State University. This Saturday, Nov. 24, the Catawba Indians will face off against Valdosta State University in a 1 p.m. contest in Valdosta, Ga.
Game tickets to this Saturday's game will be $8 general admission and $4 for students and children. Catawba’s Athletics Department will coordinate a fan bus to the Valdosta State game if there is enough interest. For more details on the fan bus, call (704) 637-4474. Salisbury’s radio station, WSAT-AM 1280, will broadcast the game live.
