Cyndi Allison Wittum, an instructor of communication arts at Catawba College, will attend the national conference of the Associated Collegiate Press in Las Vegas, Nevada in early March. Additionally, she will cover a seminar on writing features and co-host a seminar on internships while there.
Wittum joined the faculty of Catawba as an adjunct in September, 1997 and became a fulltime instructor in August, 1999. She earned her bachelor’s degree in speech and communication from North Carolina State University in Raleigh and her master’s degree in radio/television from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She makes her home in the West Rowan County town of Cleveland.
