The Catawba Community Music Program provided two performance opportunities for many of the students enrolled in the program. Both recitals were held Sunday, May 20 in the Tom Smith Auditorium on the campus of Catawba College. Music of diverse styles was shared by performers ranging from young to adult students on a variety of instruments.
Students from the piano studio of Angela Robbins included Meghan Maxey, Emily Maxey, Rachel Eller, Chloe Burks, Amelia Steinman, Mimi Webb, Billy Webb, Gillian Morris, Khayla Miller, Max Patel, Grace Steinman, Sarah Lynn Carlton, Max Fisher, Katie Miller, Alexis Kemp, Asia Kemp, Ike Emerson, Mary Claire Farrington, Kathryn Swaim, Gabe Steinman, Kate Grant, Madeline Hoskins, Anna Flynn, McKenzie Stevens, Anna Chamberlain, Sam Shores, Mason Jennings, Alex Reed, Rachel Hopler, and Olivia Izze.
Piano students from the Tina Brown's studio included Taylor Morris, Sarah Ashley Daniel, Kayla Daniel and Kasey Daniel.
Flute student, Sarah Agner from April Naylor's studio and trumpet student, Clark Agner from Greg Hall's studio, both performed.
Students from the voice studio of Dr. Joan Metelli included Mari Maristany, Ashlea Armstrong, Kate Ritchie and Jane Ritchie.
Piano students from Laurie Klaus' studio included Joseph Rapp, Dale Davis and Catherine Thriveni.
Students from the piano studio of Susan McLain included Margaret Kaufman, Charlotte Kaufman, Miles Robinson, Jennie Kribbs, Kerry Kribbs and Lake Billings.
