Catawba College's Assistant Athletic Trainer Brandon Auton was honored with the College and University Athletic Trainer of the Year Award during the N.C. Athletic Trainers' Association's 40th Annual Spring Symposium and Awards Luncheon held March 18 and 19 at UNC Charlotte.
Auton, who joined Catawba in 2011, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Western Carolina University and his Master of Education degree in Education Administration from the University of Nebraska.
