Six Catawba College alumni who are part of the musical group "The Studs" will celebrate their annual 40-year reunion for the fifth time on August 16.
David Young, Skip Henry, Jeff Manz, Ken Kambis, Leon Burleson, and Robert Hudson became "The Studs" while students at Catawba over 40 years ago and returned to campus again to perform at Homecoming 2009. They have been holding a reunion each year for the past five years since reforming the group.
The Studs are hoping to see many of their classmates at the reunion, which will be held at Peanuts (421 Flagler Ave.) in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
