Follow the story of a self-involved journalist who jets around the country for impromptu reunions with his former flames before he walks down the aisle during Catawba College's production of Some Girl(s) by Neil LaBute. The production opens in the Florence Busby Corriher Theatre on campus at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday October 22, Thursday, October 23, and Saturday, October 25, with a 2:30 p.m. performance on Sunday, October 26.
Some Girl(s) tells the tale of Guy, a soon-to-be married character, whose attempts to right his past wrongs are met with very different reactions. Theatre-goers catch a glimpse of Guy's inability to move beyond his immature love style, as they see the complexities of dysfunctional relationships creatively captured in various scenes.

Cast members include seniors Matt Ensley of Concord, as Guy; Ashley O'Donnell of Rehoboth Beach, Del., as Sam; Verity Pryor-Harden of Abilene, Texas, as Tyler; Chelsea Retalic of Concord, as Lindsay; and Katlyn Shaw of Mount Airy, as Bobbi; along with freshman Summer Eubanks of Panama City Beach, Fla., as Reggie.
The crew and designers for the show are senior Shannon O'Donnell of Tampa, Fla., costume designer; juniors Morgan Summers of Gastonia, scenic designer, and Caitlin Billings of High Point, assistant stage manager; sophomores Caleb Garner of Robbins, lighting designer, Samantha Erwin of Myrtle Beach, S.C., stage manager, Katelyn Long of Lenoir, technician, and Collette Simkins of Baltimore, Md., technician.
