SALISBURY, NC – Space is still available in Catawba College’s Community Music Camps, slated for June 28 through July 1 between 9 a.m. and noon in the Williams Music Building on campus.

During those times, rising second through sixth graders who have had at least one year of piano instruction, may participate in piano camp, or rising second through fifth graders with an interest in singing may participate in choral camp. Dr. Julie Chamberlain, director of Catawba’s Community Music Program, oversees both camps while Laurie Klaus, Angela Lowry and Susan McLain all serve as piano instructors, and Beth Yelvington serves as choral instructor.

Cost for either camp is $60 which includes instruction, materials, music, snacks and a camp t-shirt. To register, contact Roseann Pannell in the Music Department at 704-637- 4345 or Dr. Chamberlain at 704-637-4106.

During those times, rising second through sixth graders who have had at least one year of piano instruction, may participate in piano camp, or rising second through fifth graders with an interest in singing may participate in choral camp.
