18 golfers teed off at 7:30 on Monday, September 14th to play 100 holes at McCanless Golf Club to support Catawba Athletics. Included in the group were several Catawba coaches as follows: Head Coach Jim Baker for Men's Basketball, Head Coach Jim Gantt and Assistant Coach Michael Lowman for Baseball, Head Coach Chip Hester for Football, Head Coach Jeff Childress for Tennis, Head Coach Chad Miller for Women's Soccer and Assistant Coach Ricky Joines for Women's Basketball.
All monies raised in the effort are spent on Catawba Student Athletes.
