Catawba Student Riker Gold bungees off a platform while on an excursion in Costa Rica during the Language Immersion program in Summer, 2009. This program grants students six hours of Catawba College credit and includes four hours a day of class five days a week for four weeks. Excursions and cultural activities are also a program expectation. Coursework is available at all levels of study. Catawba College faculty and staff direct the program and travel with the group.
